Product description : Silane couping agent Vinyltris(2-methoxyethoxy)silane CAS No.:1067-53-4 Silane couping agent Introduction: KH-172 is a vinyl-functional coupling agent that promotes adhesion among unsaturated, polyester-type resins or crosslinked polyethylene resins or elastomers and inorganic substrates, including fiber glass, silica, silicates and many metal oxides. When used as coupling agent, it reduces the sensitivity of the products mechanical and electrical properties to heat and/or moisture. Vinyl silane is used for sulfur and peroxide cured rubber, polyester, polyolefins, styrenics, and acrylics etc. Vinyl silane is used to copolymerize with ethylene for moisture induced coupling of polyethylene. Vinyl silane is used to graft to polyethylene for moisture induced coupling. Vinyl silane is used for surface treatment of mineral fillers in plastics.
